Would MicShootsIt rather lose his camera or basketball forever?

“This is a hard question, personally, but I feel like I would lose my camera forever. Wait, no, I would lose my basketball forever because I feel like a camera is so important. It just captures the moments that I live, and basketball doesn’t capture the moment.”

Would MicShootsIt rather take photos at a sports game or at a school event? 

“Well, actually, I really like this question. Personally, I like school events better because school events just [have so] much joy, and I could just see everyone having fun. Rather in a basketball game, sometimes I get nervous whether I could get this action shot or not. But for school events, I feel like it’s more fun and it’s more in the moment. I really like those moments, and I love capturing those moments.”

What does MicShootsIt think is the best event he has ever photographed?

“Now I have photographed a lot of school events. I feel like my two favorite school events ever photographed are the first one [which] would be the car show that we had, so that one — the car meet — was really fun. I had a good post over there. I had a lot of good photos of the cars, and my second one would definitely be RFL. Like I said before, I really love school events, and I just like capturing the moment that can never come back ever again.”

Does MicShootsIt ever leave the house without his camera? 

“Personally, I never leave the house without a camera. It could range from a small digicam to my really big camera, like all these cameras, I just always have to have one because I feel like I can capture a moment whenever and wherever. I just love cameras.” 

Would MicShootsIt rather be known as MSJ’s best basketball player or best photographer?

“I think I’d rather be known as the best photographer. I really like photography, and I feel like basketball [is] fun, but I feel like being the best photographer is just cooler.”

What does MicShootsIt think is harder, making a basket or getting a good photo? 

“[For me], getting a good photo is so much harder than getting a basket … Making a basket is just making the shot. When you get a good photo, you have to make sure the person in the frame is doing what they’re supposed to do [and] they look good in it. And you have to make sure, for example, the background is nice, the lighting is nice. It’s just so much more that you have to think about. But for sure, getting a good photo is harder, but it’s nicer when you get [a good photo].” 

Would he rather lose his camera or basketball forever? 

Now, this is a hard question, personally, but I feel like I would lose my camera forever. I feel like — wait, no, — I’d lose basketball forever because I feel like a camera is so important. It just captures the moments that I live, and basketball doesn’t capture the moment, so yeah. 

Would MicShootsIt rather play basketball or take photos on the sidelines? 

Now, honestly, I’ve been asked that a lot. Personally, I feel like it depends. For example, if it’s an NBA game, obviously I’d rather be on the sidelines taking photos. I feel like that’d be a lot more fun. However, if it’s just another basketball game, like a high school basketball game, I probably just want to play basketball instead. 

Would MicShootsIt rather take photos at a sports game or at a school event? 

Well, actually, I really like this question. Personally, I like school events better because school events are so much [more] joyful, and I could just see everyone having fun. Rather in a basketball game, sometimes I get nervous whether I could get this action shot or not. But for school events, you know, I feel like it’s more fun and it’s more in the moment. Personally, I think I’d rather be known as the best photographer. I really like photography, and I feel like basketball is fun, but I feel like being the best photographer is just cooler. 

Does MikeShootsit have better skills in basketball or photography? 

Personally, since I’ve played basketball a little longer, I’d say I have a little more skill in basketball than my photography skills. However, it’s hard. Like I think it’s really close. Within these two years, I’ve learned so much in photography, and I’ve definitely learned a lot more compared to these two years in basketball. 

Does MikeShootsIt edit his photos? 

Personally, I always edit my photos. I feel like if I don’t edit them, it just feels incomplete, and sometimes some photos do need a touch up. So yeah, I always edit my photos. I love editing photos. 

Does MikeShootsit prefer being behind the camera or in front of it? 

Well, personally, I love being in front of the camera more. I like being in the shot, in the action. I like being the one getting recorded. However, I also love being behind the camera. You know, I love being involved. I love taking videos, photos for everyone, and yeah, I just like to be involved. 

Does MicShootsit ever leave the house without his camera? 

Personally, I never leave the house without a camera. It could range from a small digicam to my really big camera, like all these cameras. I just always have to have one because I feel like I can capture a moment whenever and wherever. I just love cameras. 

Does MicShootsIt ever get tired of taking photos? 

Personally, I love taking photos, and I never get tired of it. I just feel like taking photos just captures the moment, and it’s a moment that you can never get back to. So I’ll never get tired of taking photos. I love taking photos.

What does MicShootsIt think is harder, making a basket or getting a good photo? 

I feel like personally, getting a good photo is so much harder than getting a basket because getting a good photo isn’t just about, for example, making a basket is just making the shot. When you get a good photo, you have to make sure the person in the frame is doing what they’re supposed to do, that they look good in it. What does MicShootsIt do to get better at photography? 

Honestly, I feel like for photography and videography, you just have to practice and practice and practice, and yeah, it takes time. And photography isn’t necessarily easy, but I feel like over time you could just become a lot better, and that’s just what I did to get better. 

What does MicShootsIt think is his greatest photography achievement ? 

I feel like my greatest achievement isn’t about, oh, I got a really good photo or a good video. I feel like it’s more like how many people I’ve met along the way that also appreciate my photos. That’s the biggest achievement and is the biggest compliment I can ever get. 

What does MicShootsIt do to make his photos look so good?

Personally, I just edit the photo after taking my photos as a touch up. But the only way to make your photos look good is if the other person in the photo is also trying to make it look good. I feel like that’s the hardest part, and with someone that could cooperate with you, that’s how you would get a good photo.
