The Smoke Signal’s December issue featured an investigative report on MSJ’s food and nutrition. MSJ School Nutrition and Fitness Manager Rachel Hoover gave the Smoke Signal a tour of the inside of MSJ’s kitchen on December 1. This extension includes additional photos of the kitchen, as well as a photo of FUSD School Nutrition and Fitness Director Brenda Lightfoot-Handy.
